If these temperatures are not achieved we will fix it and make any necessary modifications, repairs to your duct system at no charge for up to 5 years. |

We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are
protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective hall runners will be used
in work and traffic areas. |

| Dependability Protection Promise (5 Years) |
| Your satisfaction with your new cooling and heating system is important. That’s why if the unexpected happens with your new air conditioning system and you have a compressor failure or your furnace’s heat exchanger cracks within the first 5 years of ownership, we will remove the defective unit and replace the system with a new air conditioner or furnace (which ever applies) free of charge to you. This removes the risk of getting a “Lemon” unit. Please read owner’s manual for use & care of your new air conditioner. This applies to residential installations only. Acts of god, intentional misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee. |

All Climate Air has the ability to offer extended warranty programs especially tailored to you and your Equipment. Some manufacturer warranties can cover you for up to 12 years parts and labor.
